A geriatric weekend -tongue in cheek

While I was dreading spending a weekend in an OAP home it turned out to be nice. I could've done without all the geriatric things, but had we been at a hotel or somewhere else we might not have been so 'together'. Now we ate together, sat at the lounge or just sat in someones room/terrace. So it wasn't such a bad choice at all! But either way, I had to express my horror at all things geriatric/rehabilitating ;) 

So here's the horror I had to deal with!!!

Recently at M.A.C. -counter...

After years of crappy makeup brushes I've come to the conclusion that quality really matters. But quality tends to cost money, so I've bought a brush here and there. I was missing a "smudger" for an eyeliner pencil type of thing, so I just went to buy that. But, weak as I am, I bought yet another bronzer... Which I then tried on my hand as I tried to take a picture of it to show you.. But, the photos were bad.. It's quite shimmery and I'd believe that it's easy to blend out so it won't look too stupid. Believe me, I've had plenty of makeup faux pas' with the wrong bronzer...

Again I apologize for the quality of the photo, it's taken at work... The brush is MAC 228.

Moustache and other purchases...

Bought some necklaces I don't need. My shopaholism is getting out of control again... But I couldn't resist the moustache! Moustache has too much power over me! Damn moustache!

With the moustache came a couple of other necklaces... They kinda forced themselves on me. Ha ha.
