Tänään arvonnan kohteena on Sigma mini power haul. Se sisältää 3 sivellintä, sivellinpuhdistusalusta ja puhdistusaine. Sigma on ehdottomasti oma suosikkini siveltimistä. Kun tajusin, että applikaattorit eivät ole mistään kotoisin, tilasin eBaysta halpoja siveltimiä, joilla harjoittelin, kunnes sittemmin olen kartuttanut "laadukkaampaa" (aka kalliimpaa) kokoelmaani aika lailla. Siveltimillä ja niiden laadulla on väliä. 

Todays giveaway is a Sigma mini power haul. It includes 3 make up brushes, a cleaning mat and cleaning shampoo. Sigma is absolutely my favourite brand of brushes. When I realised applicators fo f*** all, I order a bunch of cheap brushes from eBay and practiced with those and after that I've collected a quite the load of quality (aka more expensive) brushes. And yes, it matters.

Basic face.

What a difference make up makes!


Meikin voima on ihmeellinen. Haluaisin työn, jonne voisin kunnolla aina meikata, mutta sairaalassa on oltava melko neutraali naamaltaan. Haluan kuitenkin näyttää melko elävältä, joten jotain naamalle on tehtävä. Alla perusarsenaali, jota käytän lähes päivittäin.


The power of make up is amazing. I wish I had a job where I could wear a full face, but when you work as a nurse, your face has to be quite neutral.  I do, however, want to look alive, so something has to be done with my face. Below is the Basic set I use most days.

Products:
- Mac Studio Fix Foundation (shade NC15)
- Mac Prep & Prime translucent setting powder
- NYX photo-loving primer
-Subversion lash primer and Perversion mascara (Urban Decay)
- Mascara resurrection (UD) and MAC false lashes mascara
- Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow powder duo in Ash Brown and brow primer
-Urban Decay 24/7 eye glide on eye pencil in Zero
- Urban Decay Afterglow in shade Score
- Aaaand brushes from Sigma and Morphe

Vaatii minulta todella paljon laittaa tällainen kuvakollaasi internettiin. Ensimmäisessä kuvassa olen täysin meikittä. Toisessa kuvassa olen laittanut meikkivoiteen. Kolmannessa kuvassa olen laittanut kulmat ja viimeisessä kuvassa olen laittanut ripset ja poskipunat.


It takes me a lot of guts to put a collage like this on the internet. In the first photo I have no make up on. On the second photo I have put my foundation on. On the third one, there are the brows and on the last one lashes and blush.

Viimeinen silaus on hiukset jonkin näköisiksi, hieman huulipunaa (Mac Saigon Summer) ja oikeanlainen asennepaita. Nurse Ratched forever! ;D

The finishing touches are fixing the hair and putting on a bit of lipstick (Mac Saigon Summer) and of course t-shirt full of attitude. Nurse Ratched forever!!!

Siinäpä se, perusarkinaama. Joskus laseilla, joskus piilareilla, tänään selvästi siis piilaripäivä ;).

So there you have it, my Basic face. Sometimes with glasses, sometimes with contact lenses. Obviously today with contacts ;) .

En raaskinut avata siveltimiä pussistaan, joten tästä vielä Eleven.fi:stä napattu kuva (sieltä olenkin siveltimet hommanut!). Olen ostanut sieltä itsellenkin runsaasti Sigman siveltimiä, koska ne ovat mielestäni ehdottomasti parhaimmat siveltimet markkinoilla, ainakin minun tarkoituksiini.

I didn't want to open the plastic the brushes were in so here's a picture of them, which I took from Eleven.fi -site, the place I bought the brushes in the first place. I've bought a lot if Sigma brushes from there, because in my opinion they are the best brushes in the world! At least for me.
